Grip Disc Backing Pads - M14 Mounted

These backing pads are for rotary (not DA) sanders and polishers for holding grip backed discs.

Applications: These backing pads have M14 female fixings for use on rotary (not dual action DA) sanders and polishers. They have a hook base for use with grip (loop) backed sanding discs. Coarser grade sanding discs may benefit from the firm pads, whilst finer finishing may be enhanced with the benefit of a foam layer on the medium pads.

Can be used with grip backed sanding discs, grip backed diamond discs (low speed recommended) and grip backed felt polishing discs.

Specification:

• M14 female fixing suits most rotary sanders & polishers.
• Hard pads have no foam insert.
• Medium pads have min 12mm foam insert.
• Speed ratings are suitable for angle grinder speeds for light weight sanding discs, (recommended speeds for polishing are much lower).

Other Grip Discs: We recommend alternative backing pads for: Trizact & ceramic FX discs,  surface conditioning (SCM) and 100mm diamond pads.
